POSITION SUMMARY * We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Product Management Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement * Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. * Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements.
