PRIMARY PURPOSE

As a Pharmacy Technician, you wear a couple different hats throughout the course of the day, each one playing a significant role in the success of the department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

What does it mean to be a Pharmacy Technician?• You can personalize the customer experience by using your skills and product knowledge to problem solve and offer solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations. • You will be working alongside pharmacists, who allow you to assist with filling and processing prescriptions, while learning from and leaning on their expert knowledge and experience• Support the pharmacy by performing clerical functions such as filling, organizing, etc. • Oh, and of course, it’s retail – things are constantly changing. Part of what makes us so great is our ability to quickly change to meet our customers’ needs. We may ask you to perform other job functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you need is..• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills• High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality• Effective interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job• Must pass a criminal background check • Must meet minimum age and educational requirements• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations
