Randstad is seeking Warehouse Order Pickers for the West Warwick area. This is a temp to hire opportunity where the client is serious about hiring the right people once they find them. For someone that shows promise and drive, the sky is the limit with this company! A competitive pay rate and benefits are both part of their culture when you become a permanent part of the team. This is a Temporary Position! Responsibilities

  • Pick Customer orders using printed paper pick sheets

  • Assemble the products per order sheet and check for damage/defects and accurate products picked

  • Package product into the proper packaging established for items

  • Build pallet with finshed product packaged

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • wearing steel toe shoes

  • manual lifting up to 8lbs

  • standing for 8 hours at one time
