What does a Production Maintenance Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola? In the production plant the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of generalfacility maintenance.  The production environment is operational 24/7 so the technician is responsible to maintain, repair, disassemble and troubleshoot complex equipment in charge of production processes. There is high speed automated production machinery, and other manufacturing equipment.

Job Details: Shift details: 7am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri, OT as needed)

Responsibilities: * Provide Support to production lines by troubleshooting failures and other issues and making necessary repairs to production and facility equipment to maximize efficiencies * Complete all assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through SAP * Participate in rebuilds and overhauls on production line and support equipment * Assist with parts management by ensuring parts are checked out of stock and communicating any deficiencies to the Parts Planner * Provide consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reports * Support the Swire Manufacturing Continuous Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators and following up on top causes of downtime * Maintain a clean and organized workspace * Follow established safety, quality and environmental policies, practices, and programs * Operate with technical skill the SAP Computerized Maintenance Management system.  This is for inventory and production line operational excellence * Clean tools, parts and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance * Install new equipment as necessary and provide technical expertise to train and support production with a continued desire for lean supply chain process initiatives and improvement * Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed * Quality reviews of equipment assigned to maintain safety and performance standards Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Trade School certified preferred * 2+ years of maintenance experience * Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills * Ability to read schematics * Welding and Fabrication experience * Experience working with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC systems. * Ability to learn new software and interfaces quickly.  Strong computer skills * Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Plumbing, Welding, Fabrication, docks and doors, security systems * Production Facilityrepairs as assigned * Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and...
