JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated person to lead our traffic control repair shop. This person will lead a team in maintaining our equipment and ensuring it remains in exceptional condition, assist customers, and process/verify orders.
QUALIFICATIONS include:
- Ability and desire to work with others across the company, providing exceptional service to our customers, and helping the company grow.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and spend significant time each day engaged in manual labor
- Prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks with high quality results within specified timelines every day. Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Work independently, following instructions and procedures with minimal supervision, recognizing what needs to be done and doing it.
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Supervise and direct team members
- Oversee daily work making sure the work scheduled is executed on time
- Maintain tools and repair shop in a safe, clean and orderly manner
- Assist customers with incoming and outgoing orders
- Verify inventory
- Repair equipment
- Operate hand tools
- Pay close attention to detail and ensure quality in all work/tasks
- Other duties as assigned
