JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated person to lead our traffic control repair shop. This person will lead a team in maintaining our equipment and ensuring it remains in exceptional condition, assist customers, and process/verify orders.

QUALIFICATIONS include:

  • Ability and desire to work with others across the company, providing exceptional service to our customers, and helping the company grow.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and spend significant time each day engaged in manual labor
  • Prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks with high quality results within specified timelines every day. Maintain organized and clean work areas.
  • Work independently, following instructions and procedures with minimal supervision, recognizing what needs to be done and doing it.

RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Supervise and direct team members
  • Oversee daily work making sure the work scheduled is executed on time
  • Maintain tools and repair shop in a safe, clean and orderly manner
  • Assist customers with incoming and outgoing orders
  • Verify inventory
  • Repair equipment
  • Operate hand tools
  • Pay close attention to detail and ensure quality in all work/tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
