The Payroll Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing a talented payroll team responsible for processing payroll across Canadian and US operations using ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications: * 10+ years of payroll experience and 5+ years of supervisory experience * Professional payroll designation PCP required (CPM preferred) * Demonstrated knowledge of ADP Workforce * Familiarity with payroll regulations in Canada and the US is a necessity

Responsibilities: * Supervise weekly/bi-weekly payroll processing for Canadian and US staff. * Ensure accurate compliance reporting and statutory remittances/taxes. * Manage payroll master files and ADP configurations. * Prepare internal working papers for reporting. * Handle acquisition onboarding and jurisdictional registrations. * Align payroll functions with organizational changes. * Prepare payroll reporting for internal stakeholders.

Education: * College Diploma with financial training/experience required.
