Fleet Maintenance Inc Parts Driver in West Seneca, New York

West Seneca, NY. Fleet Maintenance Inc. Parts Driver. FT. Benefits. $18.00/Hour.

  1. Be prompt and ready to work at scheduled time.
  2. Pull parts and match to invoice for delivery.
  3. Note any damage to boxes or parts at time of delivery and note such damage on invoice.
  4. Check invoice for method of payment.
  5. Check routes and confirm with OPS not to duplicate visits.
  6. Have customer sign invoice as received.
  7. Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
  8. Company Policy Do not deliver or return any product without any confirmation must have signed customer pick up slip.
  9. Accept new part returns, damaged part returns and dirty cores from customer. Complete pick up form and have customer sign. Place all returns in designated areas upon returning to dealership and submit completed documentation.
  10. Ask customer if there would be anything else you could help them with.
  11. Fill-in as a parts receiving person when needed.
  12. Assist shipper and receiver to make sure the shipping and receiving area is organized before leaving everyday.
  13. Keep delivery vehicle neat and clean everyday.
  14. Advise supervisor of any vehicle issues.IE: PM Service, NYSI date Ect.
