CTTX Health is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated System Medical Director of Occupational Health and Employee Health Services to join our team. As the System Medical Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all occupational health and employee health services across our organization.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to occupational health, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote employee wellness and safety.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of success in occupational health management. If you are a board-certified physician with strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for promoting employee health and safety, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Board-certified physician

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in occupational health

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • In-depth knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations

  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Valid medical license in the state of Connecticut

  • Understanding of employee wellness and safety programs
