MMT Senior Financial Analyst Business Partner in West Palm Beach, Florida

Position Summary: The position is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis processes for assigned locations/business lines, including but not limited to: preparation and analysis of management financial statements; budgeting and forecasting; implementation of management dashboards; deployment of key company metrics; preparation of accurate and timely analysis for the Site Leadership and Executive teams; ad-hoc analysis and modeling. Financial Planning and Forecasting Responsibilities: Manages the annual business planning process and ensures adherence to the established timeline and approach for preparation of annual plan and periodic financial forecasting for assigned locations/business lines. Continuously improves the forecasting process by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Accountant to reconcile, coordinate and incorporate expectations into financial pro-forma statements. Maintains detailed variance analysis for all forecast iterations against respective annual plan, prior forecast, and actual results. Reporting and Financial Analysis Responsibilities: Prepares analysis, metrics, and dashboards for Site Leadership and Executives teams to use in decision-making and opportunity evaluation processes. Creates insightful variance reporting for financial results and underlying key operating metrics in collaboration with Accounting and respective Functional areas. Produces investment analysis templates and financial tracking models to drive accountability across product development, commercial launches, and CapEx project. Perform ad hoc financial analysis, including modeling outcomes of various business scenarios, such as new market entry, product line extension and other customer and vendor related opportunities. Business Partnership Responsibilities: Serves as the primary financial resource for Site Leadership and is a member of the Site Leadership team for assigned locations/business lines. Serves as the liaison among the Accounting and Treasury functions within the Finance organization with respect to assigned locations/business lines. Continuous educations non-financial functions on their impact on the financial statements and seeks to develop non-financial metrics and leading indicators to help the business operate as a single system. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP system, Great Planes, Epicor 9 or later preferred. Work Environment: This position works in an office environment, in proximity to shop work environment.
