We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client's executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and handling various administrative tasks. Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports

  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors

  • Assist with the preparation and editing of correspondence, documents, and presentations

  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and initiatives

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address issues to ensure their efficiency and productivity
