Kelly Services is seeking Digital Marketing Campaign Managers for a leading global medical technology company whose products, services and more than 10,000 employees worldwide help people get better care inside and outside the hospital.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Skaneateles Falls, NY; Chicago, IL; or Remote (right candidate)

Job Type: Temp, potential Temp-To-Hire

Length: 7-Months

Est. Start Date: 6/1/2021

Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day

Pay Rate: $45.00 - $59.71 per hour


The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for building and executing digital marketing strategies for Company’s Global Business Unit with the primary objective of driving qualified leads and leading campaigns to support the company’s business priorities. This position will be a full-time contracted position that will require up to 40 hours a week reporting to the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation. You will own performance marketing channels including email, paid and organic search, and social and display, where execution, measurement and optimization are keys to success.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition: Build and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and budget aligned with Company’s key business objectives on time and within budget

  • Drive qualified leads through downloadable assets and other key digital marketing initiatives

  • Elevate awareness of Company as a market leader to drive brand equity

  • Align with always on content strategy to drive inbound and outbound marketing

  • Content and SEO: Work with greater marketing team to generate appropriate ad copy and landing page content, ensuring all content is optimized for SEO

  • Write compelling ad copy and help teams optimize their assets based on digital marketing best practices

  • Work with greater marketing team to create best-in-class landing pages optimized for conversion

  • Reporting: Determine appropriate report metrics and systems for planning and measurement of success

  • Track and measure campaign success

  • Ensure proper tracking is in place for measurement and attribution

  • Track spend against budget (CPL, CPA, ROI) and results against goals (MQL, SAL, SQL)

  • Report: Develop a regular reporting process and cadence for campaign performance tracking

  • Optimization: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights

  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ad copy, channels/tactics, spend, etc.


  • BS Business Administration, Marketing or related field

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience, B2B experience preferred Experience with Google AdWords/Tag Manager/Analytics

  • Experience managing and running campaigns on social channels

  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing successful email, SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Hubspot and Marketo Strong analytical skills with ability to explain and validate spend with data Up to date on latest digital marketing trends and best practices

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage/prioritize incoming requests

  • Creative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Confident, self-motivated individual with strong bias toward action
