We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, creative problem solvers, good listeners and communicators, and team oriented! You would need to be comfortable pursuing and managing a high volume of accounts to continue our reputation of delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction. We prefer that you possess a sales or customer service background but do not require that you have worked in the pest control industry! A valid Driver’s License is required.

What would I be doing?

A typical day may include meeting with customers at their homes, diagnosing their pest concerns and offering an individualized desirable solution. In this position you can offer both residential and commercial customers our pest control, lawn, and termite services. We now offer a surface disinfectant service to add to your list of products! You would perform thorough inspections of customer’s homes and propose affordable resolutions and follow up on and leads not yet converted to sales. At Hulett, we hold weekly sales team meetings company-wide to share data + trade secrets to help increase your success in this role.
