US Tech Solutions Service Associate – 401(k) Client Service in West Henrietta, New York

M-F 8-5pm during training (3 weeks) & then 9-5:30 after training

Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one Company product. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

These employees will temporarily staff either our inbound phone queue in a call center environment or our inbound click-to-chat queue. Both roles will be determined after training is complete, both have scheduled breaks & lunches. Candidates should expect 30+ inbound calls/chats per day to be worked.

Specific Responsibilities:

Delivers quality service to Company clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.

Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single Company product.

Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.

Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.

Documents all interactions.
