About the Job:
Team Development: Assist with the training, mentoring, & supervision of store team members.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper & safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
Operational Excellence: Complete with the inspection of facilities/equipment with the Store Director as well as third-party inspections.

2+ years of foodservice management (preferred).

Physical Requirements
The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. It also involves frequent reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. (All activities could have up to 50lbs involved).
Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
