We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our clients team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, performing various administrative tasks, and utilizing computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients or visitors as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
