Position Description

At a Glance

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for aSr. Finance Project Manager to join theLNA Corporate Teamin West Hartford, CT.

What Will You Do?

  • Focus on manufacturing efficiencies, business models/cases, and operational reporting while developing business partner relationships with Finance and Operational functional area leaders between Corporate and Divisional.

  • Supporting of key strategic operations projects (footprint analysis, transfer pricing, inventory optimization, make-buy analysis, etc) with the development of business analysis tools and presentations.

  • Act as lead and dedicated Financial Liaison to support the Legrand finance and operational groups on key projects.

  • Assist in the financial management and reporting for Operations functions.

  • Track and analyze operations performance for all LNA and assist in creation/tracking of KPIs.

  • Work closely with executive team to update and analyze the results of project execution through metrics and reporting.

  • Assist in creation of new Operating Review templates.

  • Perform ad-hoc project analysis to support LHI finance function.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Education:

  • Required - Bachelor Degree in Finance or related subject matter combined with experience. MBA Preferred.

    Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance working for a multinational company.

    Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Must possess strong analytical skills.

  • Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities. Ability to audit work to identify issues and implement processes to prevent errors.

  • Exceptional computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Able to communicate effectively both in written format and oral presentation. Able to create effective reports, presentations and business correspondence. Must be an effective listener, able to maintain focus extract necessary information and validate understanding of the information.

  • Must have solid business acumen and understanding of a variety of functional areas within the business.

  • Must be willing to travel, Domestic and to Mexico.
