Purpose:

Job Description Summary

Responsible for assisting with assessing, developing, and performing Internal Audit and SOX functions – emphasis on Internal Audit— to provide independent assurance on the adequacy, effectiveness, and sustainability of the risk, control, and governance frameworks.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist in developing the Company’s Audit & SOX risk assessments and annual plan.

  • Assist in developing and producing high quality, timely deliverables (e.g., working papers, audit reports) to support the findings of assigned audits.

  • Assist in the delivery of audit results to all levels of management, external auditors, and regulators.

  • Establish and foster relationships across all levels of management, business units, and external auditors.

  • Advise business areas on the risk and control frameworks and supporting documentation within the Company’s processes.

  • Apply audit methodology and standards to all audits assigned.

  • Assist in US and international reviews as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3+ years of relevant audit & industry experience. Public accounting audit experience preferred.

  • CPA or CIA designations required.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with Archer preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated, adaptive, takes on challenges, and exercises judgment.
