Follow all Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
Completes all production orders accurately and within
Dunkin’ Donuts specifications and standards
Preparing and decoration donuts according the established recipes and standards.
Completing side work and tasks in a safe manner while maintaining a clean work area.
Participates in team work to ensure each task is completed in a timely manner
Maintain a Proactive, courteous, responsive and respectful work environment.
Report to work on time as scheduled with a clean, complete uniform.
Maintain the cleanliness of all production equipment.
Requirements Teamwork:
Actively learns and partners with manager to complete required Dunkin’ Donuts training
Supports the training of new crew members as requested
Works well with the team and treats people with respect
Responds positively to coaching and direction
Arrives ready to work on time
Profitability:
Follows all standards to reduce waste
Follows uniform and grooming standards
Clocks in and out at the scheduled time
Adheres to all processes and policies
Prepares all products following appropriate Dunkin Standards
