The role involves providing top-notch customer service and support to our agents and business partners. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, where the chosen candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests with a high level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to inquiries from agents and business partners through phone, fax, email, or letter

• Providing accurate and timely support related to commissions and contracting

• Processing requests within the company's required turnaround time

• Handling escalated issues through to completion, supporting management and team members

• Acting as a resource to the team and other business partners

• Utilizing customer service skills to deliver "Best in Class" Customer Service

• Demonstrating proficiency in data entry and basic math skills

• Utilizing MS Word and MS Excel for various tasks and reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer success or related role within the insurance industry, preferably life insurance

• Demonstrates strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Proficient in data entry, with the ability to accurately input and manage customer information in databases

• Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel for creating documents, spreadsheets, and reports

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to customers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and adheres to ethical business practices.
