Responsibilities include assisting and developing operational, clinical, and financial reports for cross functional teams, enhancing clarity and consistency in finance and analytics, and supporting the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using various analytical tools and data sets. This role requires versatility, allowing you to excel in both dynamic, entrepreneurial settings and corporate environments. Essential Functions:

  • Seek ways to simplify, standardize, and automate processes to enhance efficiency and eliminate redundant tasks.
  • Enhance and streamline data and reporting processes within the organization.
  • Manage applications for report generation and analysis tools, utilizing and identifying data sources and tools.
  • Build and maintain credibility and strong working relationships with external entities, including customers, partners, and advisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand their goals, designing and developing reports to track KPIs and performance.
  • Report promptly on issues and their resolution.
  • Assist in the development of enterprise reporting, self-service solutions, analytics, presentation, and visualization.
  • Identify and resolve data-related problems independently.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit behavior and communication skills that reflect Tandigm Health's dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Handle Tandigm's patients' protected health information (PHI) in line with HIPAA standards and protect Tandigm assets from unauthorized access.
  • Adhere to and be responsible for following all information security policies, processes, and activities.
  • Report security events, potential events, or risks to the organization to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5 years of experience, preferably with some exposure to the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and developing new reports for analysis.
  • Experience in client relations/customer service.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Quicksight).
  • A self-motivated individual who works well in a team, with proven abilities to collaborate effectively.

     

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:  

  • World-class organizational skills, encompassing an extremely high attention to detail, a strong ownership-ethic, and intense focus on accuracy and accountability.
  • Experience designing and building charts/dashboards/reports and advanced visualizations.
  • Business acumen - ability to understand key business drivers and work with leadership team to drive results.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and visually communicate analysis outcomes.
  • Ability to reach consensus acr ss internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytic & problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and an investigative nature
  • Ability to effectively partner across all levels of the organization to provide thought leadership and guidance in the journey to create a data-driven leadership culture.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to organize and work on various simultaneous initiatives and produce high quality work products on time.
