Responsibility to ensure a safe work environment, provide premier customer service, reduce operating costs, inventories and lead times through continuous improvement.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • The Preventative Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Performs both preventative and break down maintenance to equipment

  • Installs equipment

  • Reconditions and upgrades plant equipment

  • Uses quality-related data such as S.P.C. charts and capability studies to trace potential problems

  • Liaises with other departments where necessary

  • Complies with all safety policies and procedures.

  • May be required to train others

  • Perform other duties as requested

Education and/or Experience (minimum required for the position) High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years related experience in an industrial environment.
