Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents and adults. Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions. Three Rivers Behavioral Health currently has a FT LPN positions available for the 7pm - 7:30am and 7am-7:30pm shift.

Responsibilities: The LPN administers patient medications prescribed by physician per policy and practice; monitors patient for adverse drug reactions; demonstrates knowledge of psychopharmacology; transcribes orders; assists with admissions, discharges, transfers.

Position Requirements:

The following are the job requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse position:•Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.•Currently licensed by the State of South Carolina.•Prefer a minimum of one year of recent experience, preferably in psych.•Current BLS Certification and CPI training prior or upon hire and maintain certifications throughout employment.
