Expected Outcomes: Assist in the preparation of plans and exhibits which entails making accurate computer drawings from site plans, design sketches, and conceptual drawings. Perform related responsibilities as assigned. Provide non-supervisory direction and assistance to CADDDesignersin the performance of CADD assignments. Complete work assignments within establishedschedules and budgetsin accordance with highest standard of quality and in compliance with corporateor client CADDstandards. Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date level of technical knowledge in the use of CADD graphics to enable one's fullest utilization on CADD assignments. Assist in the development ofCADD Designersby providing technical assistance, training, mentoring,and guidance which will enable them to become more proficient. Responsible for QA/QC checking ofCADDassignments prior to delivery toproject team. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 2 - 4years' experienceinAutoCadRelease2012or above; or certificate of successful completionAutoCadlatest version basic skills plus one year production experience. 2-4 years of Civil 3D experience;Microstationexperiencea plusbut not required. Must be capable of performing all but mostadvancefeatures of CADDsystem;including troubleshooting, menu customization, script file implementation, and multimedia plotting. Must be familiar with all CADD peripheral equipment and possess a working knowledge of some form ofthird partydesign software useful toproject execution. Must demonstrate ability to communicate information above and below this position level necessary to accomplish CADD assignmentsand support project teams. Must be capable ofshort-termplanning to ensure proper utilization and effort ofCADD Designerpositions. Must be capable of sharing and delegating CADD work with other Designers to balance workload across the organization working in conjunction with your manager. Must be willing and able to obtain a security clearance and work on classified project documents for DoD clients. This position requires US Citizenship. Salary Range: $44,200 - $59,000 - $73,700
