West Chester CAD Drafter - Entry Level in West Chester, Pennsylvania

Adecco is currently hiring in West Chester, PA for an Entry Level CAD Drafter .

 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am -4:45pm

 

Wages: $18.50 -- ideal for those with some CAD schooling looking to move to the next level!!

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Prepare CAD drawings using customer-proprietary applications.

 

·         Must have a working knowledge of AutoCAD or CAD application, strong analytical skills, and the desire to learn design methods in telecommunications.

 

·         Develop drawings per client standards using IDDS / MicroStation design software.

 

·         Work closely with field engineers; prepare complete engineering drawings and associated documentation in compliance with company and client policies.

 

·         Incorporate engineering mark-up into drawings and work with engineers on design requirements.

 

·         Convert drawings from legacy applications into IDDS / MicroStation format.

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Experience with IDDS / ICGS, MicroStation preferred but not required.

 

·         Minimum experience in AutoCAD or CAD application required.

 

·         Working knowledge of Windows Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

 

·         Good computer, communication and visualization skills needed to work from engineering sketches and documents.

 

·         Must be detailed oriented.

 

·         Experience in the Telecommunication industry is preferred.

 

·         High School / Trade school graduate or equivalent.
