Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leader and Program Manager to spearhead our engine cleaning initiatives within the aerospace and airline sector. As the primary driver behind the integration of our cleaning product into the industry, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our solution with industry stakeholders, communicating engineering challenges and learnings, and serving as the central point of contact for field findings, product growth, and product line coordination.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the integration and growth of our engine cleaning product within the aerospace and airline industry.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and regulatory bodies, to promote the adoption of our cleaning solution.

  • Communicate engineering challenges, successes, and lessons learned to internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Act as the liaison between field findings and key product line stakeholders, ensuring that customer feedback and industry trends are effectively translated into product development strategies.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage the roadmap and growth of the cleaning product within engineering, overseeing all aspects of product development, testing, and implementation.

  • Define the strategic vision for the future of the cleaning product, identifying opportunities for expansion and evolution to meet the changing needs of our customers and the industry.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns that drive adoption and market penetration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the aerospace or airline industry, with a focus on product management, program development, or business development.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products or programs in a highly regulated industry.

  • Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles and processes, particularly related to engine maintenance and cleaning.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
