As an Electronic Assembler at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by completing the basic assembly of the standard and volume-based products. Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes. Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level. Record activity into a database. Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities Include: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Include: Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is required. Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification is required. Basic mechanical skills. Basic computer skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to interface effectively with internal customers. Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization. Be able to effectively communicate with planning personnel, supervision and other department associates. Requirements Include: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) 2+ years soldering experience required. 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience required.
