Job Details:

Manages project functions and support for the health system. Contributes to and reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. Provide guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and programs. Works across different functional areas to coordinate preplanning, facility readiness, go live and post implementation issues resolution. Provides the interface and maintains a confident relationship with other contributors to the project. Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach. Develops improvements and innovations to enhance performance. Will regularly report project performance /progress to senior management and/ or the internal client.

Job Description:

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree• Proficiency with current Microsoft products.• Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully managing various projects.• Excellent oral and written communications

Qualifications:

• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements

• Assemble a project team needed to successfully complete a project (technical and functional), from beginning to end.• Manage project budgets• Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements; interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. • Advocate on behalf of clients and represent client’s needs as appropriate to senior management
