JOB REQUIREMENTS: GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY: Located at Manitou North America, LLC headquarters in West Bend, WI, this position maintains the business relationship for an assigned group of North American dealers as the secondary internal contact for Manitou Americas. Provide dealer and internal support in the areas of sales, marketing, sales/finance programs, and dealer portal navigation in order to assist those dealers in meeting their business objectives. Work in tandem with the Regional Sales Managers and Sales administrators to aid territory management. Be an advocate for and an example of superior customer service throughout the organization. This position would be a part of the Canadian and Central region reporting to Wesley W. Titus \ Central and Canadian Sales Supervisor. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive orders and quotes from dealers and Sales Administration team ensuring they are properly entered into the company\'s ERP system and manage all placed orders from time of placement to shipment. Assist in preparing overview reports for the sales admin supervisors as well as assist in daily activities. Work on projects such as validating pricing, testing internal controls and preparing analytical reports. Develop a relationship with the Gehl and Manitou dealers. Communicate policies and procedures to dealers. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong understanding of various communication methods and proper situational use. Demonstrates proactive thinking and strong problem solving skills. Quick learner and adaptability is a plus. Excellent personal and interpersonal working skills. Must possess a positive, \"can do\" attitude. Proper telephone etiquette. EXPERTISE: Familiar with Google Suite, Excel, web-site navigation and ERP software.
