SALARY RANGE
The advertised hiring range for the Business Systems Analyst is $77,680 - $97,100, with a maximum opportunity of up to $116,520 with tenure and strong performance.
The advertised hiring range for the Business Systems Analyst Senior is $89,600 - $112,000, with a maximum opportunity of up to $134,400 with tenure and strong performance.
Introductory Period: New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

Business Systems Analyst

Overview Provides mid-level business systems analysis using knowledge of system processes, software programs, analysis techniques, and business strategies to help maximize technology effectiveness, productivity and communication in operations. This role will act as a liaison between operations/end users and IT for business needs requiring IT based solutions. The duties include working with operations and management stakeholders to determine technology needs, coordinating with IT professionals to create or update systems to achieve their desired outcomes, designing and documenting processes, and instilling best practices for collection of data.
