Role Description We're looking for Manufacturing Engineers that are looking to amplify their impact and help build a new manufacturing organization. These people will be responsible for designing all functional aspects of our revolutionary battery assembly manufacturing ecosystem as we scale into high volume production. This group of experts will take our production capabilities to the level needed to amplify our impact.

Take full ownership of the entire Manufacturing Process Lifecycle from inception through to operationalization

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver manufacturing programs that meet quality and industrial performance.

Demonstrate advanced skills in program management, including scope and management, schedule management, budget oversight, and milestone reporting

Demonstrate advanced skill in manufacturing process design : understanding multiple assembly technologies (injection molding / automation assembly , resistance and laser welding , plastic welding , functional testing, ...), good notion of material flow, mastering line balancing.
