角色职责:

  • 完成地区经理分派的销售业绩目标（销售、订单、收款等），跟进区域内项目，达成销售目标，增加市场占有率

角色 目的:

  • 销售开利商用空调产品和系统，完成销售任务目标

  • 维护与甲方、设计院、咨询公司的关系，增加销售范围和市场占有率

  • 根据跟踪项目，根据客户及设计院的要求，提供空调设备选型及技术解决方案设计

  • 负责标书制作和投标方案确定，以及协助与客户方的商务、技术谈判

  • 负责辖区市场信息的收集和竞争对手的分析

  • 负责销售项目应收帐款的回收

  • 主管安排的其他相关工作

最低要求:

  • 教育背景和专业资格: 暖通、空调、制冷或其他相关工程类专业大专及以上学历，具有暖通空调产品和系统知识，具有一定的技术方案设计能力

  • 工作经验: 有暖通行业产品销售工作相关经验

  • 计算机水平: 计算机应用熟练

  • 其它核心能力要求: 具备良好的沟通、谈判能力和开拓精神，积极进取，有团队合作意识
