Adamas Building & Adamas Security Lead Concierge (Full-Time) in Weehawken, New Jersey

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Lead Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Weehawken locations in NJ.

The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit

  • Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination

  • Check-in and announce incoming guests

  • Receiving packages and deliveries

  • Resolve complaints from residents/guests

  • Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.

  • Folding and washing towels

  • Light organization/cleaning of assigned work area.

SHIFT AVAILABLE: Sunday - Thursday 7am-3pm

Pay Rate : $20/hr.

Requirements

  • Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience

  • Lead Front Desk Experience preferred.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment

  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality

  • Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds

  • Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours

  • Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.

  • Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours

  • Must pass comprehensive background checks

  • Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
