UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring an Associate Director, Software Engineer (ref. Code 001317) in Weehawken, NJ.Duties: Create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. Further optimize the continuous integration and deployment processes. Manage timelines, resolve problems and coach team members on Agile methodologies. Work closely with and advise Business Analysts, Testers and Management on technical matters. Develop features front-to-back in an agile environment. Work on product packaging and support deployment activities. Analyze, develop and deliver global solutions to maintain or change the IT systems with UBS business counterparts. Implement data controls and quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of data. Define and document operational processes to ensure efficient and effective processes are followed. Drive scrum sessions including backlog grooming, planning, retrospectives and prioritization to bring value to business in iteratively.
