CDS Life Transitions Business Developer - Southern Tier in Webster, New York

ICircle is seeking a Business Developer in their Southern Tier territory.

OVERVIEW:

The primary role for the Business Developer is to increase the volume of members by creating long-term value for iCircle in the community from providers and referral sources. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships and partnerships that result in identification of eligible individuals and referrals to iCircle Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish relationships and partnerships with referral agents and providers, including but not limited to, county social service department, senior organizations, community centers, residences, associations, support groups, health care managers and others to increase new enrollees in a defined territory served by iCircle Services.

  • Identify and participate in community events, health fairs, and programs related to target population.

  • Identify potential prospects and the decision makers within the organization.

  • Initiate marketing and sales opportunities & leads to increase enrollees.

  • Maintains a knowledge base of all programs iCircle Services offers and communicates valued outcomes and benefits to providers and referral agents.

  • Contribute to retention rate of members and providers through good stewardship, cultivation, and recognition activities.

  • Serve as a provider relations steward by providing feedback, concerns or issues to leadership.

  • Spend a minimum of 4.5 days a week traveling to conduct face-to-face outreach, on-site presentations, and meetings, with a minimum of 27 referral sources a week.

  • Facilitates plan networking organization: CARE

  • Maintain a daily log and report of all contacts, presentations, & outcomes and responsible for completing required business development reports. .

  • Follows all NYS DOH regulations and standards for marketing.

    ESSENTIAL ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Reliable transportation (NYS Drivers’ Licensed required).

  • Ability to work independently and motivate others.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Ability and willingness to travel a majority of working hours throughout the 30 county region covered by iCircle Services.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications.

  • Maintain all required certifications/training by State regulations and iCircle policy.
