    Job Description:

  • Help clients select the unit which best fits their needs

  • Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used RVs

  • Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations

  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients

  • Utilize prospect management systems as required

  • Attend all meetings and trainings as required

  • Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments

  • Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management

  • Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers

  • May cross train to perform other duties

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned


  • Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently

  • Must have professional appearance and demeanor

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases

  • Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner

  • Experience in sales is helpful but not required
