Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Organizational Design (OD) & Change Management Consultant will flex across assignments supporting various Enterprise groups or Functions. In this role, you will deliver Organizational Design, Change Management, for large and complex initiatives as well as Strategic Workforce Planning. This role will establish strong working relationships across HR and the enterprise to ensure standardized, harmonized, and efficient processes to drive optimal business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deploy Org Design, Change and SWP efforts to large scale and complex programs and initiatives, leveraging Cargill’s standardized frameworks, methodology and tools

  • Responsible for supporting as an orchestrator the multiple strategic initiatives running in parallel of Enterprise/Function transformations, while facilitating the projects change management effort (i.e., ensure seamless transitions and key stakeholder buy-in)

  • Ensure roadmaps and requirements for transformation execution are shaped, understood and delivered at the right time and with the highest quality of delivery

  • Partner across the Strategy and Transformation team to ensure cohesive alignment and to enable the overall HR vision and strategy (e.g., connected European Works Council approach)

  • Own lessons learned from each project in coordination with HR colleagues and business leaders (liaison with various S&T leads e.g., Change Management Practice Lead) to ensure feedback and lessons learned are documented and used during strategy refresh

  • Foster a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes and be a change leader to inject strategic and innovative thinking into initiatives and projects.

  • Flex across various Enterprise/Function to ensure Enterprise/Functional demand is met with allocated resources

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience

  • 4 years of org design / change management experience, including experience managing a complex portfolio of work within an HR function

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or other post-secondary degree

  • Organizational development or change management certification

  • Ability to combine strategic thinking and operational execution

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Demonstrated business and/or global acumen

  • Ability to deliver on the needs of multiple stakeholders

  • Strong verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills

  • Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated experience building, managing, and influencing a high-performing global team
