What s The Job? Title: Facility Dispatcher Location: Wayzata, MN Salary: $16-$17/hr Hours: Saturday-Wednesday 6am - 2pm; 40 hours What s in it for me? Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily: Monitor building automation, fire, and security system alarms then follow the given call tree Dispatching various groups to address needs: custodial, maintenance, security, electrician, grounds, etc. Address various types of phone calls: emergency, security, food safety, and tenant requests Create work orders and escalate work based on given priority levels. Actively monitor CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) Decipher and route company email inquiries Written documentation on items needing escalation. What Makes Me Qualified?
