Job Purpose and Impact

The CAN NA Digital Technology Lead will create information technology strategies that align with the enterprise strategy and consider the needs of the markets and industries they serve. You will provide thought leadership on how technology can evolve and transform the business and the services delivered to our customers and consumers. You will ensure the portfolio of investment balances the tensions between digital core modernization while also making bold, innovative choices. We seek an experienced professional to identify and assess innovative opportunities, to drive utilization and adoption of standard technology solutions, and to remove obstacles that might impact the successful execution of the strategy and associated value creation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Track and analyze requests for a moderately complex function related to process, data, and technology.

  • Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

  • Independently evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements to recommend appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements to current systems.

  • Independently evaluate new application and identify systems requirements.

  • You will serve as an expert in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues/problems. You may provide direction to lower-level team members and be a key contributor.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 10 years with Applications, Infrastructure, and/or DT&D Project Delivery

  • Experience with delivery of complex ERP solutions

  • Experience managing global stakeholders

  • Experience with budget and portfolio management

  • Experience with strategic planning and tactical execution

  • Experience with managing large organizational change

  • Experience partnering with DT&D and business leadership to guide investment decisions
