Job Summary

We're looking for a talented individual with exceptional writing prowess and a proven track record in Proposal Management. As a Proposal Manager & Writer, you'll be at the forefront of our proposal development process, seamlessly translating complex subject matter into persuasive and engaging proposals. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple large-scale project simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Ownership: Develop and maintain our content library, ensuring accuracy and relevance in line with industry standards.

  • Proposal Management: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from interpreting RFx requirements to writing, tracking, and collaborating with stakeholders for input.

  • Schedule Management: Create and manage proposal schedules, adeptly navigating multiple large-scale projects within a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative Writing: Work closely with SMEs, Sales, and Designers to craft customized proposal content that aligns with client needs.

  • Refinement and Editing: Craft, revise, and polish various proposal elements, including executive summaries, RFx questionnaires, and solution overviews.

  • Coordination and Documentation: Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking.

  • Compliance Reviews: Conduct thorough proposal compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to requirements.

  • Collaborative Support: Collaborate with proposal pricing teams to ensure alignment between technical and business proposals for timely delivery.

  • Finalization and Delivery: Oversee the final production phase, ensuring timely submission of proposals to our sales organization.

  • Post-Submission Tasks: Handle varied proposal management tasks, including follow-up submissions and revisions.

  • Presentation Support: Assist in outlining key deliverables and providing content to designers for presentations.

  • Visual Conceptualization: Collaborate with graphic artists to conceptualize visuals that complement written content.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in full life cycle proposal development. Experience in Proposal Management or related roles (Proposal Coordinator/Specialist) preferred.

  • Industry Experience: Experience in Facilities Management outsourcing is a significant advantage.

  • Writing Skills: Exceptional proofreading, editing, and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills, coupled with sound judgment in decision-making.

This role involves broader responsibilities beyond bid management, encompassing the creation of all sales content for the sector, including case studies, proposal templates, presentations, and more.
