Seeking a children's Soccer Coach!

Would you like to earn above-average pay while staying active and promoting life skills through Soccer? We offer training on the job, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! A coach who will lead our children, ages 1-5, in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

Classes are 45 to 60 minutes long and coaches can work 5 or more classes a week. Starting pay is $20 per hour and higher, depending on experience.

Requirements

The Position:

  • Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success.

  • Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun in a stress-free environment.

  • Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.

  • They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

  • And finally, our coaches have a blast!

The Requirements:

Most classes are held during and after school hours and on weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability during some of these days. Programs operate year-round.

Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
