We are a fast-growing Service Co. looking for professional, reliable, advance-driven and customer service-oriented people to join our team. We have a position(s) available for a professional CONCIERGE/SECURITY in Hudson, Bergen, Essex CountyAvailable positions: (Residential Building)Full Time/Part time ConciergeResponsibilities:- Greeting and assisting all Residents, Visitors, and Vendors entering the building- Maintain ongoing positive relationships, i.e. learning names and important details of residents- Answering all front desk calls to assist with questions and needs in a professional and helpful manner- Maintaining inventory of all packages and deliveries- Monitor and control access to building entrances and vehicle gates via security cameras from the desk and follow all protocols as needed- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences- Report in detail any suspicious incidents- Assist building management to maintain a safe, comfortable, organized living and visiting environment- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs- Represent company with integrity and dedicationREQUIREMENTS:- Current SORA certification or ability to begin the process- At least 1 year experience- Reliable transportation- Valid driver's license and own vehicle a plus- Vaccinated (COVID-19)- Ability to have flexibility for coverage if needed a plus- MUST have computer knowledge- Knowledge of building software a plus, Building link, Yardi, My building, etc''Work RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftHolidaysMonday to FridayNight shiftOn callOvernight shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilityWeekends onlySupplemental pay types:TipsAbility to commute/relocate:West New York, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Concierge/Security: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:SORA (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Night Shift (Required)Work Location: In person
