Responsibilities

  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

  • Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

  • Explore the internet for information

  • Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source

  • Audit reports and sheets of data Requirements - Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

    • Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

  • 1+ years of related experience

  • Computer Data Entry experience preferred

  • Practical knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • Earlier work involving Review Timesheets

  • Well-founded grasp of customer service

  • High-Volume Data Entry experience

  • Quality experience with Microsoft

  • Wide ranging experience with Microsoft

  • Proven knowledge of typing over 60 words per minute

  • Strong familiarity with Perform Data Entry

  • General familiarity with customer service

  • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry

  • Command of numeric data entry

  • Consistent typing accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
