About the Role: The Training Specialist & Facilitator will play a vital role in ensuring Connexus Credit Union employees receive top-notch training, while helping Connexus employees develop the required skills and knowledge to perform their responsibilities effectively and excel in their roles. They will collaborate with various teams to develop and deliver effective training programs, by designing training materials, facilitating instructor-led training sessions, and incorporating engaging activities to enhance the learning experience. The Training Specialist & Facilitator will provide ongoing support and guidance to Subject Matter Experts, while staying updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure our training initiatives are aligned with best practices.
