Job Description & Qualifications: Job Summary The Supervising Dentist will supervise dental program students during clinical procedures. Essential Functions and Responsibilities The following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position. Clinical Supervision: Provide direct clinical supervision to dental program students during patient care. Ensure students adhere to clinical protocols and maintain high standards of patient care. Conduct regular assessments of clinical competencies and skills development. Address any issues related to infection control and safety in the clinical setting. Offer guidance on patient interaction and communication skills. Review and evaluate students\' clinical performance and provide constructive feedback.
