JOB REQUIREMENTS: ******\$10,000 Sign-On Bonus****** We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is ready to join a great team of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and orthopedic providers to help patients reach their goal. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is ready to work closely with our surgeons to manage patient care. ABOUT BONE & JOINT Bone & Joint is a physician owned practice with a great team of orthopedic and PM&R providers. We currently have offices in Rib Mountain, Wausau, Merrill, Medford, and Plover to service much of central Wisconsin. Bone & Joint strives to be the best place for patients to receive care, the best place for providers to practice, and the best place for employees to work. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHYSICAL THERAPIST Occupational therapists will perform initial evaluation, daily treatments, progress visits, and discharge visits for patients. All visits are 45 minutes in length and one-on-one with the patient and provider. Throughout the course of treatment for a patient, you may be required to communicate with the physicians or other members of the care team. Regardless if you are a new graduate therapist or an experienced therapist, there is an opportunity for mentoring, which can be structured to whatever you may need. The onboarding process will be comprehensive and help you to feel comfortable treating patients. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PHYSICAL THERAPIST Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist Licensure or the ability to apply Desire to provide excellent patient care while working as a team Valid driver\'s license WORK SCHEDULE Workdays of a Physical Therapist allows for flexibility.
