LINETEC Maintenance Associate in WAUSAU, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Linetec Work a 2-week (12-hour shift) rotation with every-other weekend off. Lintec is looking for a maintenance associate that will enforce sound safety and housekeeping practices throughout the facility to join our team that falls within one of the below categories: Industrial Maintenance Technician- Duties require performing general maintenance on all Linetec buildings and equipment. Observe equipment in operation with the ability to troubleshoot. Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on various machines and equipment. Repair and install a wide range of industrial finishing equipment, including automated production lines, paint gun rebuilding/repair, and general carpentry. Be familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic, and piping systems (CPVC, Copper, Stainless Steel, act..). Lubricate and clean parts and equipment. Be familiar with shop equipment - lathe, drill press, grinder, and other tools to make and repair parts and equipment. Light electrical experience desired but not required. Welding experience desired but not required. Electro-Mechanical Technician- In addition to the duties mentioned above, perform electrical installation and maintenance throughout all Linetec facilities, including general maintenance on all buildings and equipment. Be familiar with and able to diagnose and repair electrical equipment. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Install and maintain wiring and electrical equipment. Electrical set-up of equipment control panels. Troubleshoot electrical and PLC issues, such as trouble shooting and repairing/installing a wide range of industrial equipment. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor. Qualifications: Candidates must be physically capable of lifting / maneuvering up to 50 lbs., able to work from heights (boom and scissor lift) occasionally, be capable of standing for extended periods of time, ability to be trained on mobile equipment, be flexible in completing job duties as assigned and follow Lintec Core Values. Shift Hours: 12 (6:00am - 6:00pm) hour shifts. Shift consists of the 3-day long weekend every other week. Shift rotation is 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. Starting Base Pay Rate depending on skill and experience. Shifts include paid break and lunch. Be willing to cover occasional overtime hours as needed to maintain equipment performance to meet production requirements.
