A life-saving team.\" - Theresa W., Donor Collections Coordinator JOB DETAILS After completing our paid training program, you\'ll be ready to guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process including screening and drawing their blood while helping them to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Prepare and process blood components from whole blood donations. Pack supplies and setup for mobile blood drives. Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same! But your work will always directly impact real people\'s lives right here in our community. Specific job duties will be reviewed during the interview process. PAY AND HOURS Competitive pay Full-time hours Monday-Friday, daytime and early evening hours depending on blood drive schedule. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS This is a fast-paced, people-first role that requires strong attention to detail. Plus: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Valid driver\'s license and proof of insurance as well as reliable transportation is required. Phlebotomy, EMT, Paramedic, LPN, C.N.A., or M.A. experience is a plus. Must be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment no day is exactly the same! Must be teachable, reliable, and precise. Must follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations. Complete requirements for this position will be reviewed during the interview process.
