We have an opening for an Upgrade Services Supervisor. The position is responsible for facilitating daily operations of the TEP Upgrade and Casting Upgrade departments and ensuring that all budget, safety, quality and production goals are met. The position has responsibility for selecting, training and developing employees on all shifts. Qualifications To be successful the candidate should have the following attributes, skills, or experience: Basic Supervisory training with grinding, welding, LPI/FPI and heat treat background. Experience in a lead or supervisory role is preferred. Relevant formal education (bachelor\'s degree) in a related field preferred. Demonstrated technical background with one or more of the following: welding, metalworking, and fabrication operations. Familiarity with GD&T and NDT preferred. Responsible for successful compliance to NADCAP (Pyrometry) and Customer Audits. Responsible that certifications, surveys, and calibrations of Vacuum Heat Treat and Upgrade NDT equipment are accurate, current and compliant. Organizational, team, and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize rapidly changing demands while remaining focused on safety and quality. Self-starter, ability to plan and direct activities, multitask and adapt to frequent priority changes. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at all levels of organization. Analytical and problem solving skills. Computer skills (Microsoft applications).
