The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products and has experience with no-code tools, Figma, Photoshop, storyboarding, and 2D asset creation. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products, from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to define and prioritize design objectives and project goals. Lead the design process, from concept to execution, and ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all product touchpoints. Utilize no-code tools to prototype and iterate on product designs quickly. Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively. Develop 2D assets, icons, illustrations, and graphics that enhance the visual appeal and usability of our products. Craft storyboards and user journeys to guide the development team in understanding and implementing design concepts. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience. Collaborate with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented and maintain design consistency throughout development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design tools and methodologies to continually enhance your skills and the design process. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including no-code prototypes, 2D assets, and storyboards. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design tools. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in shipping applications and a track record of successfully launching products. Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design is a plus.
