Job Description Summary
As the Senior Manager Supplier Delivery Optimization, you'll lead a team of 15-18 to drive impact to the business on operating expenses, this presents opportunity to identify and drive cost productivity and reduce the margin gap with competitors. This role supports the Life Care Solutions Business which purchases $650 million plus of raw material from 700 plus suppliers annually.
This role will sit remote and you can be located anywhere in the United States, India, Mexico or Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the inbound/MOQ/Lead time of components.
Define and establish Key Performance Indicators to quantify the health of the fulfillment operations across multiple markets/manufacturing locations.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders and align on a regular basis to drive overall fulfillment strategy and initiatives.
Drive accountability to operational performance across the demand and supply organizations.
Implement “Advanced Inventory concepts” to improve our MOQ and lead time.
Partner with product management in forecasting for the vendors and for the sales team on fulfilment and shipping logistics, such as delivery requirements and timeframes.
Responsible to define and standardized processes and communication with Segments and Manufacturing locations.
Create and maintain inventory process.
Be responsible for and champion safe work practices.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations analysis, finance, engineering, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
6 years relevant experience in supply chain management/manufacturing.
Proven team and individual leader with a minimum of 5 years of supervisor experience in sales, supply chain or operations.
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills delivering results.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in multifunctional teams in a dynamic work environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience as fulfillment leader in an international environment.
Experience running or using a consignment, vendor managed inventory (VMI) programs.
